Do you want to be jointly responsible for the optimal technical condition of our machinery and contribute to the best performance in terms of output and quality? Then you are the technical expert we are looking for!
Where will you be working?
At our largest packaging location, we age, slice, and package hundreds of tons of cheese 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, along with around 400 colleagues. From here, orders are prepared for transportation to our clients in the Netherlands and abroad. You will work in a clean environment with modern production lines where we process cheese into pieces, slices, cubes, and grated form. Curious? What will you do?
You will ensure the optimal technical operation of our machines and equipment, both in the short and long term. You will do this by analyzing data, creating maintenance plans, and ensuring they are executed according to schedule. You will collaborate with the Head of the Technical Department to create the (annual) maintenance plan based on technical specifications, budget considerations, and coordination with production planning and partners. Additionally:
- You will propose improvements based on KPIs, evaluation reports, and data analysis.
- You will adjust maintenance schedules for major, minor, and preventive maintenance;
- You will make proposals for conducting inspections and preventive maintenance based on analysis of technical issues and supplier recommendations;
Who are you?
- You have at least university engineering diploma
- You have at least 1-3 years of work experience in a technical role such as Maintenance Technician or Work Planner.
- You are proficient in using a computer, particularly Excel.
- You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- You have an eye for both short-term and long-term goals, and you are hands-on, straightforward, and solution-oriented.
