Where will be working?

The factory was modernized and expanded in 2021. You will be part of a small and close team with whom you will make the tastiest daily fresh dairy products such as milk, (Greek) yogurt, drinking yogurts, whipping cream, cooking cream, and kefir. Many of these products can be found in the supermarket. We would like to invite you to come and taste the atmosphere.

What will you do?

As a Failure Technician, you play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal technical condition of our process equipment and filling and packaging lines. You are the driving force behind the maintenance, repairs, adjustments, and improvements of these complex systems. In addition, you actively participate in the adjustment and optimization of the machines to keep production running smoothly.

You not only work hands-on, but also supervise contractors and work with production staff to find the cause of malfunctions. You are the expert when it comes to preventive and corrective maintenance, and your contribution is essential in improvement projects and technical projects within the factory.

Safety and hygiene are always your first priority. You ensure that all activities comply with the regulations and identify possible unsafe situations. With your technical expertise, you work closely with the Manager Engineering and your colleagues within the Technical Service, where you like to share your knowledge and experience to continuously improve the production processes together.

Who are you?

• The talent in the field of engineering;
• You have natural technical insight and enjoy solving problems;
• You are eager to learn and seize opportunities to specialize further;
• You are an all-round mechanic with knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering and familiar with the necessary inspection and safety regulations;
• You have completed a technical education at N4 or higher;
• You are driven to work together to ensure an optimally functioning factory;
• Working irregular shifts suits you. We work in a 3-shift system.
